The Bug Cops Story
Bug Cops has been Protecting & Serving since 1993, when Bob began operating under the Bug Cops name. In 2005, the business was incorporated as Bug Cops Pest Control, Inc. Through the years, the business has grown and changed, but the commitment behind the Bug Cops name has remained the same.
We never wanted to be the company that scared people into buying services they didn’t need. We wanted to be the company people called because they knew they would get an honest answer. Bob has always called it “the good, the bad, and the ugly.” If everything looks good, we’ll tell you. If we find a problem, we’ll explain what we found, what it means, and what options make sense.
No pressure. No scare tactics. Just straightforward inspections and recommendations based on what we find and what’s appropriate for your home or property.
Today, we remain locally owned and family operated, serving homes and businesses throughout Clay and Putnam Counties. One of the greatest compliments we have received is the opportunity to protect three generations of the same family. The relationship began with the grandparents. Their adult children later became customers, and Chief Bob watched the third generation grow from a young boy into an adult.
After recently getting married and purchasing his own home, that young man called Bug Cops to protect it too. Today, we are proud to protect the homes of the grandparents, parents, and newest generation.
