Not just anyone can be a part of our tactical team. For all prospective employees, we do a lengthy interview process and perform a thorough background check before we hire any new team members. Also, all Bug Cops employees undergo classroom and extensive in the field training before being issued a pesticide applicator ID Card through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). Officer Bob, started the company in 1993, after being a manager at Sears Pest Control for 6 years. Over the years, he has had hundreds of hours in continuing education training and thousands of hours in field experience. Bob is a state certified operator for Pest Control, Rodent Control, and Termite Control. He enjoys serving customers for many years and considers many of them as friends.

Officer Robert, is Putnam County Mosquito Control expert! He has been around pest control and lawn care business since he was very young through his dad, Officer Mike, and his uncle, Officer Bob. He is looking forward to helping and serving the community as a member of the Bug Cops Pest Control Tactical Team.

Officer Mike has been in the lawn care industry for almost 30 years. You won't find a more knowledgeable person in the L and O industry. Mike has been a Service Manager for Lawn and Ornamental at McCall's Pest Control. He also served in the same capacity at Massey Services. Now, Officer Mike is the Vice President and a Certified Operator in charge of Lawn and Ornamental Services.
Dispatcher Karen

Dispatcher Karen has been a member of the Bug Cops Pest Control Tactical Team since 2016, when she married Officer Bob. She doesn't combat pesky or weed invaders. Instead, Karen brings with her over 25 years of bookkeeping and marketing experience to further strengthen the administrator side of things.
Finny, K-9 Deputy

Finny has been a constant K-9 companion of Officer Mike for many years. He enjoys assisting Mike in the lawn and ornamental side of the business. He is also known to chase most rodents and an occassional lizards off your turf! His dream is to be a termite sniffer one day. He really loves treats - so have them ready when you see him.
